Is your teak wood sustainably sourced?
Yes, we prioritize environmental responsibility. All DecoTeak products are crafted from sustainably harvested teak wood sourced from certified plantations.
How do I maintain my teak furniture?
Teak is naturally water-resistant due to its high oil content. For indoor and bathroom use, simply wipe it down with a damp cloth. For outdoor use, you can allow it to weather to a silver-grey or apply teak oil to maintain the original honey-gold hue.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the item in its original condition and packaging for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Do you offer free shipping?
We provide free standard shipping on all orders over $150 within the contiguous United States. For smaller orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Is the furniture pre-assembled?
Many of our smaller items, like shower stools and benches, arrive fully assembled. For larger pieces, some light assembly may be required; in those cases, all necessary tools and clear instructions are included in the box.
