At DecoTeak, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our handcrafted teak products. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Item Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
